How Justin Timberlake And Jessica Biel Moved Past His DWI Arrest

About a week after the ‘SexyBack’ singer was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York, for allegedly driving while intoxicated, a source says that the couple isn’t overly concerned about the ongoing legal matter. Instead, they are focusing on their personal and professional lives.

“They’re always supportive of each other’s careers,” says the insider. Biel was recently spotted dancing in the crowd at Timberlake’s Forget Tomorrow World Tour stop at Madison Square Garden in New York City and helped taste-test candy backstage. “Jess would never miss a show when she’s able to attend,” adds the source. “She’s excited for him.”

While Timberlake is on tour, Biel is currently in New York City filming ‘The Better Sister,’ an upcoming Prime Video series based on a 2019 novel by Alafair Burke, also starring Elizabeth Banks and Corey Stoll. Banks was also in attendance at the Madison Square Garden concert.

“They’ve moved on from the arrest. They have faith in their legal team and continue to focus on work and their family instead,” says the insider. Biel is particularly enthusiastic about her new project, “Jess enjoys filming and is excited about the project.”

Timberlake was arrested on DWI charges after hanging out with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor. He was pulled over after leaving the establishment to drive to a friend’s house and charged with one count of DWI and two citations — one for running a stop sign and one for failure to keep in lane.

Five days after his arrest, Timberlake took a moment during his June show at Chicago’s United Center to speak with the audience about their support and the “fellowship and the love of what are almost three decades together.” He expressed deep gratitude for the fans who have grown up with him and continue to support him, saying, “You made my life so special. And tonight in Chicago, you have made us feel loved.”
