General Manager – Sales

You will be responsible for managing the performance of a sales team – executives / senior executives / assistant managers. You will also lead the recruiting, training and development of subordinates in your team. Accordingly, you will develop a roadmap for each vertical / group and guide the team to achieve the milestones in the roadmap. As a part of the responsibilities, you will maintain excellent rapport with senior management personnel of the clients and media agencies, builds one to one rapport with your team members, deliver on business targets, identify and develop new business opportunities within the current client portfolio and be responsible for monitoring the collection of dues from the clients.
