10 Wholesome Miley Cyrus Moments on Instagram
Miley Cyrus knows what’s up and she ain’t sugarcoating a single thing. Amid 4th of July celebrations, the star used her platform to protest against the national holiday and speak out for human rights. In light of the #BlackLivesMatter Movement, Miley stated the facts: there was no reason to celebrate when not everyone in the United States sees “liberty and justice.”
“This was in 2017,” Cyrus wrote on Instagram, where she posted her introduction to an old ‘Party in the U.S.A.’ performance. In the powerful clip, she’s heard saying, “It’s not a party in the USA if we don’t have equality, unity, justice, compassion, kindness, opportunity, healthcare, education, non-violence. So, f**k yeah, it will be a party in the USA. We’ll see it. If we all f**king come together, we’ll f**king make sure that it is, ’cause I’m not giving up. We can’t stop, all right?” Cyrus pointed out that this brief video was relevant, now more than ever.
And so, speaking of her social media platforms, we thought we’d come through with all those times she was absolutely wholesome. On some occasions, Cyrus arrived with a sprinkle of humour, sometimes she tagged along some powerful quotes and on other occasions, she was just being unapologetically herself.
