International Yoga Day is upon us. The spiritual, physical and mental practice may have originated in India, but it has travelled far and wide across the world.
A-Listers in Hollywood are always up to trying new ways to stay fit and keep their health up. And it turns out, this has been one of the most practiced wellness rituals among the who’s who in entertainment.
The advent of Yoga among artists and performers makes sense, too. With their packed schedules and fast-paced life, there’s nothing like a bit of holistic wellness to keep you grounded, relaxed and focus.
