Style Transformation: Hayley Williams
Hayley Williams is best known as the lead vocalist of the rock band Paramore. She formed the band way back in 2004 and over the years, she has grown and evolved as a musician. In fact, in December 2019, she finally announced that she would try her hand at a solo project. Her debut studio album, Petals for Armor, witnessed her first solo single, ‘Simmer’. This tune did exceedingly well, and it even arrived with it’s very own music video – which in true Paramore-style was rather dark and eerie. Now, Hayley just made headlines for filming a stripped down take of SZA’s ‘Drew Barrymore’. She posted the video to her Instagram page with the caption, “self-serenades / amateur hour”. Now, before you run off to get a taste of her stellar voice, let’s take a look at how her style has evolved over the years. After all, she has spent a long time in the industry so her choice of fashion is bound to grow and change. And that’s exactly what we’re going to look at.
