But things take a fantastical turn when Maddie attends their wedding in Ireland and makes a wish upon Saint Brigid to marry Paul instead. However, as her wish comes true, Maddie discovers that not everything is as perfect as she imagined, especially when she finds herself falling for a charming photographer named James (Ed Speleers).

While ‘Irish Wish’ may have its fair share of corny dialogue and outlandish premises, it’s Lindsay Lohan who steals the show. There’s a certain nostalgia to Lohan’s portrayal that harkens back to her earlier roles, evoking the innocence and charm of her Disney Channel days. Watching her on screen feels like a trip down memory lane, a reminder of why she captured our hearts in the first place.

While the film may falter in some areas, such as its imbalanced tone and lacklustre supporting cast, Lohan’s magnetic presence elevates it to new heights. From her heartfelt line deliveries to her expressive emoting, Lohan’s performance is nothing short of captivating.
