Which Island is ‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ Set On?

Despite the ‘Jurassic World’ trilogy’s seeming conclusive conclusion, people’s affection for dinosaurs endures. With Gareth Edwards’s ‘Jurassic World Rebirth’, the franchise is back. The movie presents a fresh cast of characters on a risky expedition to an island with ties to the original park. Fans are intrigued by this island, though, because of its historic temples and enigmatic surroundings.
A key component of ‘Jurassic’ films is location, and this new setting resembles King Kong’s Skull Island more than the tropical settings of earlier films. Isla Nublar, the location of the famous park, was the setting for the first ‘Jurassic Park’. Dinosaurs were bred on Isla Sorna, also referred to as Site B, before being brought to the park in later sequels. The trailer, however, suggests a different location, perhaps Site C.

Isla Nublar became inhospitable after Mount Sibo erupted in Fallen Kingdom. Isla Sorna is still a possibility, although the new island’s secrecy implies otherwise. The idea that Site C is an uncharted island is sparked by the trailer’s description of it as the location where InGen abandoned its riskiest projects. According to certain hypotheses, it might be one of the Five Deaths islands, Isla Muerta.
With its emphasis on survival over recreation, ‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ breaks from the theme park scenario. This change makes it possible to investigate more sinister facets of InGen’s research. The franchise may take a new turn with the arrival of mutant dinosaurs and a possible long-term nemesis. ‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ has the potential to bring the Jurassic legacy back to life while offering an exciting new chapter by embracing its past and paving new paths.
