The duo released their first collab ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ in November 2015. Since then dating reports have surfaced from time to time, but the duo maintained that they are just good friends.

In June 2019, Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello kicked off the summer with the release of “Señorita.” The video is full of shots of the two dancing closely, lying on top of each other, and nearly kissing. A month later, the duo was photographed holding hands and kissing. This chemistry continued during the MTV 2019 VMAs, where the two gave an intense and steamy performance, leaving fans on the edge of their seat.

On March 9, 2020, Camila Cabello also got super real about her relationship with Shawn Mendes in a brand new interview. “I want more. We want more. Honestly, we’re just being in our twenties,” Camila said. The couple is now in quarantine together in Miami.
