2. Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello won, not just because they found love, but also because they scored a BBMA for Top Collaboration with their 2019 smash hit, “Senorita”.
3. And, then, Lil Nas X scored big with 4 awards at the BBMAs. The young star took home the awards for Top 100 Song, Top Rap Song, Top Selling Song and Top Streaming Song.
4. Further, Billie Eilish continued the reign of young blood, taking home the BBMA for Best Female Artist, Best New Artist and Billboard 200 Album.
5. Panic at the Disco took home both Top Rock Artist and Top Rock Song at the BBMAs this year. So, Brendon Urie is still the G.O.AT.
6. The Jonas Brothers came full circle. The brother trio won three BBMAs this year – Top Radio Song, Top Duo/ Group and Top Radio Songs Artist. Talk about a comeback, huh?
7. BTS scored the BBMA for Top Social Artist for the fourth year in a row, making history as the only international act to do so. Is the record breaking getting boring now, boys?
8. Khalid bagged a whopping 5 BBMAs home, scoring awards for Top R&B Artist, Top R&B Male Artist, Top R&B Song, Top R&B Album, and Top R&B Tour.
9. Harry Styles scored big, winning the BBMA for Radio Achievement. ‘Watermelon Sugar’ stays winning, folks.
10. And, finally, Cardi B took home the BBMA for Top Female Rap Artist, like she should. So, it would seem – the queen keeps her crown.
