24KGoldn Drops An Icy Music Video For ‘Coco’
This holiday season, 24kGoldn has arrived with a new music video with DaBaby in his song called ‘Coco’ that released on Wednesday, Dec.16th. Filled with everything you need to give you Christmas vibes, it’s totally your jam.
The music video seems like the perfect cozy White Christmas with the loved ones. The opening shot shows 24KGoldn in the bathtub with his “Ice girl”. Keeping his neck frozen in a stack of chains, the couple is seen chilling, spending their Christmas skiing in the snow. DaBaby barges in as the couple cozy up beside the fireplace in their cabin. The ‘BOP’ hitmaker portrays an unfriendly Santa walking to grab cookies and their pup as well! Well, that is one not-so-pleasant Santa!
A Mutual Admiration Society
24KGoldn and DaBaby had only good things to say about working with each other. The rapper went on to express what a pleasure working with the director, Cole Bennett was on his Instagram story. He said, “I been watching @lyricalemonade videos since i was 16 so u can only imagine how juiced i was when @_colebennett_ said he wanted to shoot Coco.” 24KGoldn even posted a picture of the two and captioned it “A great human being and a pleasure to work with.”
The single boasts of 24KGoldn’s ability to effortlessly blend between genres like Pop, R&B and more. He teased his fans with a clip-on his Twitter, flaunting his excitement about this one topping the charts as well!
The Year So Far For 24kGoldn
24KGoldn has had a great year and seems to be ending the year on a high! His song ‘Mood’ that set the mood for 2020 along with Iann Dior and won the duo their first American Music Awards, spent 5 weeks at No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100. It even broke the Pop radio record for the greatest number of spins in a 7-day window. The duo obviously performed the song as well at the AMAs.
The rapper checked the television appearances as well with his appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel Live and The Ellen DeGenres Show. 24KGoldn is unstoppable as he works on his debut album El Dorado which is due for release next year.
