50 Cent to Produce OTT Documentary on Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Abuse Case
Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has confirmed he is producing a Netflix documentary about Sean “Diddy” Combs’ abuse case. In a statement released through G-Unit Film & Television, Jackson explained the project will explore the complex narrative beyond the headlines. “This is a story with significant human impact. It is a complex narrative spanning decades, not just the headlines or clips seen so far,” Jackson stated, alongside director Alexandria Stapleton from House of Nonfiction.
The documentary aims to highlight the broader context of hip hop culture while addressing the disturbing allegations against Combs. “We remain steadfast in our commitment to give a voice to the voiceless and to present authentic and nuanced perspectives,” Jackson added.

He emphasised that while the allegations are serious, they should not overshadow the significant cultural contributions of hip hop. “Sean Combs’s story is not the full story of hip hop and its culture,” the statement read.
Jackson has been openly critical of Combs over the years, expressing discomfort with the mogul’s lifestyle. In an interview, he shared his decision to avoid Combs’ infamous parties. “I’ve been very vocal about not going to Puffy parties and doing s— like that,” Jackson revealed.

He said there was always an “uncomfortable energy” surrounding the events, which have now become the focus of an ongoing federal investigation. Combs has been charged with serious crimes, including s*x trafficking and racketeering, related to his notorious “fr**k offs,” which were reportedly long, explicit parties.
He is currently being held without bail at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits trial. Jackson’s documentary will delve into these allegations, offering viewers a detailed look at the case while ensuring it does not diminish the broader significance of hip hop culture.
