6ix9ine Is Being Accused Of Child Sexual Abuse

6ix9ine is being accused of child sexual abuse by Jane Doe, the girl in 2015 viral videos of Harlem Party. Along with the rapper, his associate, Tay Milly is also in question. The girl has now, filed a lawsuit suing them for sexual assault, child sexual abuse, and infliction of emotional distress. The case falls under the Child Victims Act, which allows one to file a suit regardless of one’s stature of limitations.

History To The New Lawsuit…

6ix9ine pleaded guilty for using an underaged child for sexual acts which were also filmed, in 2015. During that time, the 13-year-old girl didn’t come forward, however, now, Jane Doe is issuing another lawsuit to put the men behind bars.

According to the lawsuit, Jane was under the influence of alcohol and drugs and wasn’t in the state to provide consent. There are three sexually explicit videos which are taken at Harlem Party. These clips have even surfaced online without her consent.

In the course of these three videos, we see 6ix9ine groping and doing pelvic thrusts. Jane Doe is also seen performing an oral act on Milly. Along with this evidence, reportedly Tay Milly has been accused of raping the woman, prior to the party.

6ix9ine Pleading Guilty In 2015…

6ix9ine took to the court to plead guilty for his involvement in the case, in 2015. Due to the charges, he was sentenced to four years of probation, however, was not registered as a sex offender. Along with this, he needed to serve 1000 hours of community service.

It looks like 6ix9ine tries hard to leave the world of evil behind, from time to time. But, it just follows him. Well, time will only tell us what is in store for 6ix9ine and Tay Milly but we hope justice is served for Jane Doe.
