In an interview, Shakira said that she knew the song would be a hit, and rightly so! The song that throws shade at Piqué and his new lover, has broken 14 Guinness World Records. On the other hand, Adele interacted with her fans at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. A fan named Shakira as her favourite artist when Adele asked.
“Oh, I saw her performance last night on Jimmy Fallon … Oh, her ex-husband’s in trouble!” Adele stated. However, Shakira was never married to her ex partner Gerard Piqué. She was with him for 11 years and has two children.
“I started to feel it in my body, you know,” Shakira said about the song in an interview. “I usually have this visceral sort of physical reaction to music.”
