Adele is All Set to Perform at BRIT Awards 2022

Adele has finally confirmed that she will be soon performing at the BRIT Awards 2022. Adele last performed at the BRITs in 2016, singing “When We Were Young” while also taking home four awards.

Adele announced on Instagram, “Hiya, so I’m really happy to say that I am performing at the Brits next week!!”. She also added that she would be taking advantage of being back in the country by stopping by The Graham Norton Show for an interview. She wrote, “Anddddd I’ll also be popping in to see Graham for a chat on the couch while I’m in town too! I’m looking forward to it!”

Adele leads this year’s BRIT Awards nominations alongside Ed Sheeran, Little Simz and Dave with four nods each. All four artists, alongside Sam Fender, are up for the inaugural Artist of the Year award.

The 2022 BRIT Awards will broadcast live from London. The show will stream live on YouTube for international audiences. Adele’s BRITs appearance will mark her first performance since the One Night Only television special. She had been scheduled to begin a Las Vegas residency in January but was forced to postpone the shows.

‘Weekends With Adele’ was scheduled to run from January 21 to April 16, 2022 at the Colosseum in Caesars Palace. A new date for the residency to begin has yet to be confirmed.
