Aitch Teases a New Track Influenced by The Stone Roses

The rapper, whose real name is Harrison Armstrong, took to Twitter on 16th May to release a musical sample in which he rapped over The Stone Roses’ ‘Fools Gold.’

The rapper told NME earlier this year that he is “a proud Mancunian” and that his new album will be “100,000 % a true Manchester album,” referencing the city’s rich musical history.

Take a look at the clip here:

Aitch recently collaborated with Giggs on a slick new tune, ‘Just Coz,’ and filmed an official music video in London’s streets.

‘Just Coz,’ produced by WhyJay and LiTek, sees Giggs, a BRIT nominee and Peckham rap heavyweight, try something a little bit rowdier.

That follows Aitch’s last solo single, ‘Baby,’ which was released in March. Prior to that, the rapper collaborated with ArrDee on ‘War,’ a collaboration that the latter artist told NME “just happened organically.”

Aitch also stated in December that he would give Liam Gallagher £7 million if he would appear on his upcoming album.

He told NME about his ambitions on the red carpet of the BRIT Awards 2022, when he said he planned to see Gallagher and persuade him to collaborate. However, Liam declined the offer.
