The peppy track is available on the singer’s Soundcloud account. Andrew is excited to share this with his listeners.

The track is also the first from Andrew for three months as Gentle Dom. Gentle Dom is a moniker the singer has chosen under which he has released several standalone singles and mixes in the last 5 years.

Soccer Mommy And MGMT

The single gained grater popularity after a remix of Soccer Mommy’s ‘Circle The Drain’ by Gentle Dom. It came as a part of the former’s ‘Soccer Mommy And Friends Singles Series’.

Soccer Mommy covered MGMT’s ‘Indi Rockers’ as well apart from the remix by Andrew as part of the project.

MGMT And The Avalanches

The most recent music by MGMT came in collaboration with The Avalanches as a feature spot in the latter’s star-studded album ‘We Will Always Love You’. The single, ‘The Divine Chord’ features the band along with Johnny Marr, former guitarist in The Smiths.

Radio Stint

Vanwyndgarden launched a radio show last October on WYXR Memphis 91.7 FM. The psych-pop artist took to social media to announce his new show with a “cryptic” teaser. The teaser saw the singer pitch-bending his voice over a collage that was rather abstract.

Andrew said, “It’s more than a show, ’cause it might just blow your mind. It’ll be scary, it’ll be fun. We will emerge as one. Let’s hope we emerge at all”

MGMT released their last full-length album “Little Dark Age” in 2018 that was named one of the best albums of the year. A source even praised the album saying, “after more than a decade of insularity, MGMT have thrown open the doors and welcomed you back into their world. In doing so, they’ve had to engage with our messy, unpalatable reality.”
