Park explained how she created a "fake Playbill" for the cast to sign, similar to what is done in Broadway shows when a performer leaves. She passed it around to her co-stars, including Streep. When Streep returned the Playbill, it contained a note that read, "I see you, Ash," with the legendary actress adding, "I really see you. You're doing it."
This simple yet profound message left a lasting impact on Park, who explained how significant it was for her. “It’s a year later, and it still makes me want to cry,” she shared, reflecting on how meaningful her interactions with others could be and the potential influence she has.
In Season 3 of ‘Only Murders in the Building’, Park played Kimber Min, an actress in Oliver Putnam’s (Martin Short) musical Death Rattle. Her character performed a duet of ‘Look for the Light’ with Streep's character, Loretta Durkin. The song was written by Sara Bareilles, Benj Pasek, and Justin Paul.
Park also recalled a conversation with series co-creator John Hoffman, where she anxiously asked if her character would be revealed as the murderer. Hoffman assured her she wouldn't be, as the identity of the killer remains a mystery until the very end of the show.
