B.I. has declared that a “global album project” will be released this year. A cryptic announcement video was posted to the singer-rapper’s YouTube page on 21st April, totally animated with a cyberpunk aesthetic that appears to herald the visual idea for the brand-new project.

The teaser concludes with the announcement that a pre-release single and two EPs will be released this year under the initiative entitled ‘Love Or Loved (LOL)’. More information is expected in the coming months.

After signing a new contract with U.S based talent management agency Wasserman in February, it was initially disclosed that B.I had plans for tracks, a global EP, and tours this year. For marketing in North and South America, as well as Australia, he is now managed by Billie Eilish’s agent, Tom Windish.

B.I’s most recent music release was his six-track ‘Cosmos’ “half album,” which was released in November 2021 and featured a lead track with a similar name. It was also his first project since releasing his debut solo album, ‘Waterfall,’ in June, which featured collaborations with Lee Hi and rapper Tablo of Epik High on ‘Daydream’ and ‘Stay,’ respectively.
