Bella Thorne, renowned for her role as CeCe in the beloved Disney series ‘Shake It Up’, has candidly reflected on the challenges of her early fame in a throwback interview. Thorne spoke about the immense pressure to maintain a flawless image under the Disney spotlight, stating, “There are definitely a lot of pressures in the Disney eye to be so perfect.” 

She expressed that the polished persona presented by Disney often did not align with her true self, highlighting the unrealistic expectations placed on young stars. Thorne emphasised the need for more diversity and inclusivity in children’s programming, arguing that young viewers should not be inspired solely by idealised figures.
