Beyoncé Celebrated Mother’s Day During Her Renaissance Tour

Beyoncé is celebrating her mother on Mother’s Day during her Renaissance Tour. She shared a loving post on Instagram with a photo of Tina Knowles-Lawson displayed onstage during her tour at Brussels’ King Baudouin Stadium. A short video of Knowles-Lawson cheering on Queen Bey from the side of the concert stage was also posted simultaneously.

“Happy Muva’s Day,” Beyoncé captioned the post. “I love you so much Mama and I’m so grateful for all you do for me.” This message was also put up on the homepage of her website on Mother’s Day. Beyoncé’s long-awaited tour launched a few days ago in Stockholm with a three-hour showcase of her hits. She will trek through Europe, making appearances at London, Barcelona, Brussels and Amsterdam before Rogers Centre at Toronto. Then, the tour will take over the United States, starting with Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field and make stops at Chicago, East Rutherford, N.J., Atlanta, Houston and more before ending it at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.

The tour supports her latest album ‘Renaissance’, which won the Grammy Award for best dance/electronic album and topped the Billboard 200 albums chart. Songs like ‘Break My Soul’, ‘Plastic Off The Sofa’ and ‘Cuff It’ also won best dance/electronic recording, best traditional R&B performance and best R&B song respectively.
