On 21st of April, the Korean-American rapper had a “ask me anything” (AMA) session on Twitter, where he answered fan queries. “I know you’ve worked with a lot of artists,” one fan inquired, “but do you have a [favorite]?” Tablo responded by naming Big Bang’s Taeyang, with whom he has previously cooperated.

While both singers were still signed to YG Entertainment, the duo initially collaborated on Tablo’s 2011 album ‘Fever’s End Pt. 2’ on the tune ‘Tomorrow.’ Following that, they collaborated on the English version of Taeyang’s 2014 smash song “Eyes Nose Lips.”

When asked about the possibility of working with Taeyang again on a future project, Tablo replied that the odds were “pretty strong,” leading fans to believe that a new song from both musicians is in the works.

Another fan asked Tablo if there was an artist he has yet to collaborate with but truly wants to, and he answered by mentioning American singer-rapper Lil Nas X during the AMA session.

Both Tablo and the rest of Epik High performed at Coachella 2022. On 22nd April, the Korean hip-hop duo will play at Coachella for the second time.

Epik High released their long-awaited album ‘Epik High Is Here, Part 2’ in February, following up on last year’s ‘Epik High Is Here, Part One.’ The album was released accompanying a music video for the lead track, ‘Gray So Gray,’ which includes singer Younha, who previously collaborated with the group on the song ‘Umbrella,’ which was released in 2014.

Meanwhile, Big Bang released their first music in four years with the single ‘Still Life,’ following up on their 2018 hit ‘Flower Road.’ It’s also notable because it’s the group’s first release as a quartet since the departure of ex-member Seungri.
