Billie Eilish delivered a standout performance on ‘Saturday Night Live’, reminding fans of her immense talent. The 22-year-old, who has won nine Grammy Awards, appeared as the musical guest during the episode, hosted by Michael Keaton.

Eilish performed two tracks from her 2024 album ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft’: ‘Birds of a Feather’ and ‘Wildflower,’ with a special appearance from her brother, Finneas. For ‘Birds of a Feather,’ the siblings performed in a box-like structure with projections of a blue sky and clouds. Eilish wore baggy jeans, a letterman jacket, and a backward baseball cap, while Finneas sported a white polo with blue accents and grey pants as he played the guitar.

Keaton introduced both songs and for the second, ‘Wildflower,’ Eilish performed on an all-blue set, wearing an oversized sweater and shorts. Finneas, again by her side, played guitar, this time in a darker outfit.

Currently on her ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft’ tour, Eilish's last ‘SNL’ appearance was in December 2023, where she performed ‘What Was I Made For?’ from the ‘Barbie’ soundtrack alongside Finneas on piano. The duo also performed a soulful version of ‘Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas’ with the ‘SNL’ band.

In a recent interview with Vogue, Eilish's family discussed her latest tour, her first without her parents or Finneas constantly by her side. While Finneas, who is busy promoting his solo album ‘For Cryin' Out Loud!’, will join her for a few shows, the dynamic is changing. Eilish’s mother, Maggie Baird, likened the experience to her daughter’s "college year," with Finneas agreeing that it’s like a new phase where they visit but don’t hover.

In a recent conversation on Spotify's vodcast ‘Countdown To’, Eilish admitted that while touring without Finneas is "sad and hard," it's also a relief, as she often worried about him during their tours. She confessed to always being concerned about whether Finneas was enjoying himself and wanting him to have the best experience possible.
