Black Coffee Has Announced An All-day Event at Beckenham Place Park

Black Coffee has announced that he will perform a one-off headline event at Beckenham Place Park in London on 11th September. The Grammy-winning DJ and producer will perform an extended set at the event, where he will welcome friends and up-and-coming DJs to the stage, whose names will be revealed at a later date.

The pioneering DJ will bring his signature music to the lovely rolling grasslands of Beckenham Place Park, which is set amongst protected old woods and a gorgeous lake according to a press release.

The all-day event will be held on two stages at the freshly remodelled golf course in the heart of South London.

Black Coffee, who has collaborated with David Guetta, Drake, Pharrell and Usher became the first African to win a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album earlier this month. ‘Subconsciously,’ his seventh studio album, won him the honour.

The South African house DJ has also announced the line-up of artists that will perform at his Hï Ibiza residency this summer, where he’ll be performing every Saturday from 14th May to 1st October.

Black Coffee’s own polished Afropolitan house music, as well as a skillfully curated collection of pioneering and prominent guest artists from around the world, will be showcased once again in the futuristic superclub’s large Theatre room.

This features THEMBA, a long-time buddy and DJ powerhouse, as well as Da Capo, DJ Kabila, DJ Merlon, Glen Lewis, Julian Gomes, Lemon & Herb and Trancemicsou, all from South Africa.
