Blake Lively Reveals 'Baby Shark' as Her Most Played Song of 2024

Blake Lively is embracing all of the pleasures and difficulties that come with being a young parent. The 37-year-old ‘It Ends With Us’ actress recently told The Hollywood Reporter that the kid-favourite song ‘Baby Shark,’ specifically the ‘Dance Remix’, is her most-played song of 2024. Her playlist is dominated by children's music, which is not surprising given that she has four children under the age of ten, including a one-year-old son named Olin. Lively hilariously reflected the familiar realities of life with children by describing the song as both pleasant and frustrating.

As a mother to her son Olin, whom she shares with husband Ryan Reynolds, and daughters James, 9, Inez, 8, and Betty, 5, Lively prioritises her family in every area of her life. In a previous interview with Vogue, she discussed how parenthood has forced her to be more deliberate with her work, striking a balance between serious assignments and lighthearted moments at home. She even gave a glimpse of her everyday life, which included juggling children doing chicken dances and having meaningful conversations.
