BTS Drop Heartwarming Video for FESTA 2020

South Korean boy group and global sensations, BTS, have released a music video for their track “We Are Bulletproof: the Eternal”. The animated video was promised to fans in the lead up to their annual anniversary celebrations, “FESTA 2020“.

Detailing their arduous journey as a group through the years, complete with ups and downs, the heart rendering music video has captured the hearts of fans world over.

Trending on Twitter is nothing new for the boy group, who have claimed Top Social Artist at the Billboard Music Awards for 3 years consecutively. Upon the release of the music video, BTS trended worldwide at No. 1 and No. 4 respectively, with the hashtags #First7withBTS and #BTSFESTA2020.

The track “We Are Bulletproof: The Eternal” features on their latest album, “Map of the Soul: 7” and is a sequel of their debut track – the high energy hip hop song, “We Are Bulletproof, Pt.1”. The track lends itself to a reflective sequel perfectly. Exploring moments of defeat and self-doubt, to moments of victory and togetherness with their fans, the BTS ARMY, the track is a touching tale of their journey; perfect to celebrate their momentous 7th anniversary.

The refrain, “We are not seven with you”, is emphasized by the stunning visuals of the animated video. Reactions have been emotional as expected. The video has reached 2 million likes on YouTube in the short time of 8 hours and 20 minutes.

BTS have had a busy week. The group were part of the lineup of the YouTube Originals’ “Dear Class of 2020“. Each of the members gave individual speeches, and the group later performed three songs.

Aside from their performances and musical involvement, the group also made headlines when they made a whopping donation of 1 million dollars towards Black Lives Matter organisations in the US. Their fans, the ARMY, matched this donation with a stellar feat, raising 1 million dollars in donations in a mere 24 hours, for the same cause.

BTS FESTA will stream live on 13th June, 2020, marking the boys’ seventh anniversary since their debut.
