BTS’ Jin Has Released ‘The Astronaut’, His Brand-New Solo Track Co-Written by Coldplay

Jin from BTS has released his solo track ‘The Astronaut’, a collaboration with Coldplay. The K-pop boyband has collaborated with Coldplay once before, on the latter’s 2021 song ‘My Universe’ and this time it’s for the song ‘The Astronaut’ which was co-written by both Jin and the British band.

Jin hangs out in the suburbs with two children while teaching one how to ride a bike and taking pictures with the other in the music video for ‘The Astronaut’. Then he stumbles upon a huge spacecraft that launches him into space.

Jin will perform ‘The Astronaut’ with Coldplay at the band’s upcoming concert in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Additionally, the show will be live-streamed in over 3,500 theatres in over 75 different nations.

According to a Big Hit Music, Jin will be the first member of BTS to register for required military service after winding up promotional activities for ‘The Astronaut’. The boyband’s aspirations to reunite at full power by 2025 were also discussed.
