BTS Sensation V Unveils His Debut Solo Album ‘Layover’

Breaking through the music stratosphere, BTS luminary V has just dropped the mic on his inaugural solo album, aptly christened ‘Layover’. Big Hit Music, the maestros behind the magic, turned up the social media heat to officially stamp the album’s arrival, scheduled to touchdown this September. ‘Layover’ is prepped to deliver a six-track symphony, with a soulful piano piece to serenade your senses. The sonic line-up are as follows: ‘Rainy Days’, ‘Blue’, ‘Love Me Again’, ‘Slow Dancing’, ‘For Us’, and a mesmerizing bonus of ‘Slow Dancing (Piano Version)’.

Hot off the press, the album bombshell detonates just days after spilling the beans that the BTS maestro was teaming up with the visionary vibes of Min Hee-jin, the creative mastermind steering the ship at NewJeans.

Big Hit Music divulged to Sports Donga recently that the songbird was set to collaborate with none other than Min Hee-jin, the CEO of ADOR, NewJeans’ label. Brace yourselves for an artistic odyssey where Min Hee-jin is poised to orchestrate the entire symphony – from the soulful tunes to the choreography and promotion.

In a statement about the album, V said that he is “nervous” about the project. “But [I’m] happy too. This is an album that has my personal preferences. There will be a lot of things to show,” he added. “I prepared it while thinking that ARMY would be happy, so I hope you all look forward to it. You will be able to see solo artist V, which will show a new side and will be different from BTS’s V,” the singer said.
