Even though the song hasn’t been released yet commercially, BTS’ ‘Take Two’ has already topped Billboard’s Hot Trending Songs chart.
Billboard tracked worldwide music-related trends and conversations in real-time throughout Twitter. Trends can be viewed over the last 24 hours or last 7 days. Each Tuesday, along with Billboard’s other weekly charts, a 20-position edition of the chart covering activity from Friday through Thursday of each week is posted on their website.
The song will mark the band’s tenth anniversary; they made their debut on 13th June, 2013. After ‘The Planet,’ which appeared on several Billboard charts including Digital Song Sales, where it debuted at No. 6, the song will be BTS’ second song of 2023. Since 2021, BTS has had four No. 1 songs on the Hot Trending Songs chart. ‘Take Two’ is their first No. 1 song since ‘Yet to Come’ in June 2022. It reigns over ‘The Teacher’ from Foo Fighters’ new album ‘But Here We Are’. The 10-minute tune ‘The Teacher’ debuted ahead of the album’s release and reaches at No. 2 on Hot Trending Songs.
Prior to the release of their new album ‘5-Star’, Stray Kids’ ‘Youtiful’ debuts at No. 3, and Kendrick Lamar and Baby Keem’s latest collaboration, ‘The Hillbillies,’ debuts at No. 4. ‘Rewind’ by NCT DREAM debuts at position No. 5.
