BTS To Make VMAs Debut, Tease B-Side Release

BTS are all set to make a comeback to the music scene like never before. And, this time, it’s no holds barred for the South Korean mega group. As they get ready to release their first ever single-format track, the run up to D-Day is more meticulous than ever. The boys are going traditional this time – a marketing roll out, easter eggs, merchandise – the works.

BTS’ VMAs Debut

And, an important update in their release schedule is the news of their VMAs performance debut. Late last night, the MTV Video Music Awards announced the first three performers in their line up for this year’s award show. And, to ARMYs surprise, BTS featured at the top of that list, followed by rap sensations, Doja Cat and J Balvin. In addition to the news of their appearance, it has been reported that the boys will perform their upcoming English language single, ‘Dynamite’.

The run up to the highly anticipated release has been eventful to say the least. Earlier this week, fans reveled in the news of the title and release date of the single. ‘Dynamite’, which marks their first ever English-language single-format release, will be available on the 21st of August. And, now, fans have more to look forward to as BigHit Labels put out an official release schedule, marking important dates in the lead up to the upcoming release.

BTS Teases B-Side Release

Further, this schedule revealed a few surprises about BTS’ upcoming promotional activities, catching fans off guard. According to the new schedule, ARMY can go ahead and save the date on 10th August, 13th August, and 16th August, as the label will release teaser photos of the group.

In addition, 19th August will bring with it an official music video teaser of ‘Dynamite’. And, while 21st August marks the official release of the track, accompanied by the official music videos, fans are on guard for what’s to come on the 25th of August. As marked on the official schedule, August 25th will see the release of a ‘Dynamite’ B-Side music video.
