Camila Cabello Could Bare It All at The Grammys?

It’s always a little risky for singers to promise their fans something, but it looks like Camila Cabello has no such fears of doing this! In fact, she went the extra mile and promised to do something a bit…racy, if she and Shawn did end up winning a Grammy!

Talking about the kind of acceptance speech they’d give if they managed to bag the award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Camila said, “If Shawn and I win the Grammy, we will walk onstage in our underwear like Twenty One Pilots did. That’s a promise” Yup, she just put that out there! But don’t get your hopes up, because she later added, “Just kidding. It’s not. I gotta work out before I do that.”

This isn’t the first time an artist has done something like this, in fact, Shawn and Camila have actually taken their inspiration from the pop-punk duo of Josh Dun and Tyler Joseph, who make up Twenty One Pilots. They walked onstage to accept their award for the breakthrough hit “Stressed Out,” in just their button down shirts and boxers. It was quite the fashion statement at the time!

Tyler even explained why they did it and no, it wasn’t because of a bet. When a group of their friends were all chilling out at home and watching the Grammys,

‘We noticed that every single one of us was in our underwear,’ Tyler recalled.

‘And seriously, Josh turned to me – and we were no-one at that time – and he said to me: “If we ever go to the Grammys, if we ever win a Grammy, we should receive it just like this.’

Well, they stuck to their word and maybe if we keep our fingers crossed, Shawn and Camila will too!
