In his announcement, Bad Bunny shared a brief clip of Puerto Rican film director Jacobo Morales reflecting on his life, accompanied by a cartoon frog named ‘Concho,’ voiced by Kenneth Canales. Now, the full film has been released, which Bad Bunny co-wrote and co-directed with Arí Maniel Cruz Suárez. In the film, Morales is seen reminiscing with old photographs, before taking a stroll through his neighbourhood and trying to order a Cuban sandwich at a gentrified restaurant, once owned by the original proprietor.
Bad Bunny’s upcoming album will feature collaborations with artists like Rainao, Dei V, Omar Courtz, Chuwi, and Pleneros de la Cresta. It will also include the previously released single Pitorro de Coco.
This new release follows Bad Bunny’s 2023 album Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana (which translates to “Nobody Knows What Is Going to Happen Tomorrow”).
In other news, the trailer for Happy Gilmore 2, featuring Bad Bunny, has recently been revealed. Additionally, Bad Bunny’s Most Wanted Tour has made waves, securing the seventh spot on the 2024 Top 10 highest-grossing music tours, with an impressive $210.9 million earned.
