Check Out Charli XCX and Rina Sawayama’s New Single ‘Beg For You’

Charli XCX and Rina Sawayama have released a new song called “Beg For You,” which you can listen to below. The long-awaited track was first hinted at in May of last year, when Charli stated that the two had discussed collaborating on music.

In recent weeks, the duo has teased the single even more, which will be on Charli’s upcoming studio album ‘CRASH,’ set to release on 18th March. The duo has now released their new track, which features a sample of September’s 2006 dance-floor filler ‘Cry For You.’ Next week, an official music video will be released.

Listen to ‘Beg For You’ below:

‘Good Ones’ (which she later had remixed by Perfume Genius) and ‘New Shapes’ (which featured Christine and The Queens and Caroline Polachek) are the two singles Charli has released so far from ‘CRASH’.

The pop star has promised that her new record will sport “an overload of sexiness”, and teased that it will “make people dance and cry at the same time”. Charli will take ‘CRASH’ on a world tour through North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe shortly after the album’s release.

Last month, she was scheduled to perform on Saturday Night Live, but was forced to cancel just hours before the show due to “limited staff.” The pop star, on the other hand, stayed on set for the episode, performing in a comedy with host Paul Rudd and some of SNL’s regular cast members.

Charli is also preparing to release Alone Together, a documentary about the development of her most recent album, ‘How I’m Feeling Now.’ Following November’s news that the film would be released this month, the first trailer for the film was released last month.
