Demi Lovato Reveals Parenting Dreams With Fiancé Jordan Lutes

Demi Lovato recently shared insights about her future with fiancé Jordan ‘Jutes’ Lutes. Speaking to Teen Vogue, the singer revealed how she was instantly drawn to the Canadian songwriter. Lovato expressed that her connection with Lutes is deep and enduring, adding, “I see growing old with him.” Lovato, who uses she/they pronouns, described their bond as something she lives and breathes for.

The couple first crossed paths while co-writing the song Substance. Lutes also contributed to Lovato’s tracks ‘Happy Ending’ and ‘City of Angels’, all part of her eighth album ‘Holy Fvck’. Their relationship became public shortly after, and later, they announced their engagement during an intimate proposal in Los Angeles.

In the Teen Vogue interview, Lovato touched on their future parenting plans. Although they wish to have children, Lovato shared they aren’t ready yet, stating that they want to cherish their time with 

Lutes before adding another member to their family. 

Lovato also expressed their intention to keep their future child’s identity private by avoiding sharing photos on social media, adding, “I share a lot with the world, and I just want some things to be mine.”

Outside of her relationship, Lovato spoke to People about what brings her peace and happiness. She opened up about being introverted and finding comfort in her close circle, which includes Lutes, best friends, family, and her beloved dogs. She finds joy in spending quality time with those who matter most to her.

Love is central to Lovato’s life, as it shapes her outlook on the world. Meanwhile, Lutes recently celebrated his fiancée’s birthday, sharing a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, calling Lovato his “whole world.”
