Did Janet Jackson Apologise For Supporting Kamala Harris' 'Not Black' Conspiracy Theory?

Jenna Bush Hager recently reminisced about a humorous moment involving her father, George W. Bush, when he unexpectedly turned into a critic during a public event. While hosting a segment on ‘Today with Hoda and Jenna’, Jenna shared a light-hearted experience where her father playfully roasted her in front of notable figures, including Barack Obama.

During the event, Jenna served as the moderator, trying to engage the audience with her insights. However, her father took the opportunity to tease her, stating, “Alright Jenna, why don’t you tell everybody about the time you were arrested?” This playful banter turned the session into an amusing roast, with Jenna admitting, “It was just an hour roast. I would ask questions, he would roast me a little.”

Despite the teasing, Jenna maintained a sense of humour, stating, “It was fun and funny.” Reflecting on the experience, Jenna recalled how President Obama, who was also present, questioned her about the dynamics of her relationship with her father.

“How do you do that? Why do you do this?” she recounted, leaving her co-host Hoda Kotb puzzled. Jenna added a personal touch, mentioning her recent travels to Houston and Austin before attending an engaging conversation in Los Angeles.

The discussion also delved into family dynamics, as Jenna reminisced about a pivotal moment when she and her twin sister Barbara were approached by their father about running for president.

“Now listen, we really want your support, I’d like to run for president,” he told them, prompting a heartfelt reaction. The twins, in unison, broke down in tears, exclaiming, “No! You’re going to ruin our lives, dad.” This candid reflection highlights the unique blend of humour and familial love that characterises the Bush family's interactions.
