Disclosure Drop Their Ecstasy

It looks like Disclosure isn’t giving us a minute too breathe! Following their collaborative track with Khalid, the duo are back with yet another new song, this one’s titled, ‘Ecstasy’. Yup, doesn’t fall in line with the cozy, self-love anthem ‘Know Your Worth’, right?

The song premiered during their ‘Kitchen Mix’ live set on YouTube, and this dance number features none other than the singer, Gloria Jone’

“This song came into existence in early 2019 during a writing session at Guy’s house in London. We were curiously chopping up samples from various ’70s disco and soul records when, suddenly, “Fantasy” by Aquarium Dream gave us the exact thing we were searching for. This song is made entirely to get a human being to their feet and directly to the dance floor,” Howard and Guy Lawrence explained in an interview.

Well, as the duo mentioned, this one’s definitely got a sprinkle of retro, a touch of classic house-inspired tunes and of course, an unmissable odd, yet funky beat.

“We’ve been working hard in the studio for a long time and we’ve got some exciting news for you all VERY soon…stay tuned on all ur socials to stay up to date.” They also promised “a bunch of shows all over the world” in the forthcoming months.

It looks like Disclosure’s always ready to create a cocktail of wild genres and we’ll always be waiting for that first sip!
