Doja Cat Roasts Some of Her Craziest Outfits And Talks About Her 2023 Grammy Awards Look

Doja Cat has been known for experimenting with fashion time and again. It would be interesting to know which outfits she loves and which ones she hates now! Doja Cat answered these questions in an interview where she spoke about some of her most talked about looks. Here’s the full interview!

Doja first created an impact on the fashion industry with her hot pink crochet dress with balls of yarn, cat toys and glasses that read “meow” at the BET Awards in 2019. While she thinks she smashed the look, she was not very happy with her exposed legs that looked pale. 

“I’ll pass on that. It was very ghostly. People were really coming at me for my fluorescent white leg,” she recalled. “This was my first carpet look. We wanted to do something that was very cat like so we put some feathered teasers and whatnot.”

She wore a sheer bodysuit with crystals at the Adult Video News Awards, which she thinks was a big mistake. 

“That’s a hard pass. It was really nothing the people who made. It was more so my input that I made. I don’t know why I said to contour the a– cheeks,” Doja hilariously mused. “It looks like I have a hairy a– and we didn’t really see that coming. That’s the hairy a– p—y n****e moment that we did for AVN. Pass.”

Doja Cat wore an alien boot and suit jacket at the VMAs in 2021. “F—ing Willy Wonka in the chicken factory,” the rapper said, “I thought this was a fantastic outfit. I feel like I was channeling Pharell in a funny way. I felt cool. It was fun, and believe it or not it was really easy to walk in those shoes.”

She also gave her fans a hint about what they can expect from her look at this year’s Grammy Awards at the end of the video. She said, “If I had to describe my Grammys 2023 look in one word, it would be “brutalist.”
