Drake And 21 Savage Announced Their Collaborative Album ‘Her Loss’

A new joint album by 21 Savage and Drake named ‘Her Loss’ will be released soon. In the Mahfuz-directed music video for ‘Jimmy Cooks,’ taken from Drake’s most recent album ‘Honestly, Nevermind,’ the duo teased the next collaboration. The video, which was released today, features the pair rapping in a warehouse with different videos playing behind them.

About halfway through the video, they announce ‘Her Loss,’ with the album’s name and release date flashing on the screen. Take a look at the video below.

Savage has collaborated with Drake numerous times over the years, most notably on the 2021 track ‘Knife Talk’ from Drake’s ‘Certified Lover Boy’ album. Drake also had an appearance on the song ‘Mr. Right Now’ from Savage and Metro Boomin’s ‘Savage Mode II.’

‘Honestly, Nevermind’ was released in June, just hours after Drake announced it. Drake was strangely missing from the list of submissions, which was put to voting in its first round last week, even though the record qualifies for the 2023 Grammy awards.

This follows the withdrawal of his 2021 album ‘Certified Lover Boy’ and its single ‘Way 2 Sexy,’ which features Future and Young Thug, from last year’s nominations. It’s also due to his continued criticism of the Grammys and the Recording Academy.
