Drake Will be Teaming up With Nicki Minaj For a New Track

Drake left a great piece of information during his Detroit stop for his ‘It’s All a Blur Tour’, for those who were anticipating his forthcoming album, ‘For All The Dogs’. He will be collaborating with Nicki Minaj again for an upcoming song.
“I’m gonna give away one thing for you tonight, because I got a lot of love for Detroit,” he said while on stage. “So I’m gonna have to tell you that me and Nicki Minaj did our first song together in, like, a really long time. I got a lot of love for her.”
The pair had last collaborated on Minaj’s 2021 track ‘Seeing Green’ which also featured Lil Wayne. Months prior, when Drake released his album Certified Lover Boy, he sampled the Queens rapper midway through his song ‘Papi’s Home.’
Their friendship has had their fair share of ups and downs over the years but their work chemistry in the studio has remained unaffected despite their personal conflicts. Their collaborations date back to Drake’s ‘Up All Night’ and ‘I’m So Proud of You,’ to Minaj’s ‘Moment 4 Life’ and ‘Truffle Butter’.
Continuing his streak of prolific output in recent years, Drake’s upcoming album, ‘For All the Dogs,’ will follow his previous releases, including ‘Honestly, Nevermind’ in 2022 and ‘Certified Lover Boy’ in 2021. During his tour stop in Chicago, he said, “As I look at all the faces around me, I recognize it’s summertime, and I must deliver!” Drake expressed his distinct approach, contrasting with artists who take extended breaks of three, four, or five years to relax and take it easy, stating, “That’s not who I am.”
