Dua Lipa and DaBaby Gear Up for ‘Levitating’ Remix

Dua Lipa has been on a remix rollercoaster with various projects from her hit 2019 album, “Future Nostalgia”. The singer recently released a full-length remix album, “Club Future Nostalgia”. And, this one featured the likes of Madonna, Missy Elliott and more. Now, she’s ready to conquer music charts world over, assisted by the powerful prowess of rapper, DaBaby. 

Late last night, Dua Lipa announced that a remix of her disco-pop track, ‘Levitating’ featuring DaBaby is slated for release on the 2nd of October. Further, the announcement was then hyped up by the rapper on his social media. In addition, this remix marks a first-time collaboration between the two superstars.

‘Levitating’, found on Dua Lipa’s hit studio album, “Future Nostalgia”, details young love and excitement. In addition, it follows in the footsteps of Dua’s now signature retro dance-pop.

Following the release of “Furture Nostalgia”, Dua Lipa has enjoyed massive success, both commercially and critically. The album was nominated for the Mercury Prize earlier this year. And, it also become one of the fastest-growing albums in recent years, and accumulated a whopping 3 billion streams in just a few months upon release.

And, adding to the anticipation of the success of this remix, DaBaby has ruled charts globally. The rapper, with his unique voice, landed consecutive No. 1s on the Hot 100 and Billboard 200 charts. Further, his hit collaboration with fellow rapper, Roddy Ricch, ‘Rockstar’, also continues to hold on strong, sitting comfortably within the Top 5 of music charts internationally. 

‘Levitating’, the remix, featuring Dua Lipa and DaBaby is slated for release on the 2nd of October.
