Dua Lipa Shows Off New Beau, Romain Gavras at The Cannes Red Carpet

Dua Lipa and Romain Gavras made their official red carpet debut at the Cannes Film Festival, where they were photographed in their first public appearance together. They showed up for the film ‘Omar La Fraise (The King of Algiers)’ at the Palais des Festivals. While Lipa is 27, her new beau who is a French music video director is 41 years old. 

“Last night in Cannes with my sweetheart,” Lipa captioned her Instagram post with snapshots of herself cozying up to Gavras.

Dua Lipa was first spotted with the music video director in London when she was leaving a party with him. They were also seen holding hands that month during the Paris Fashion Week. Gavras has directed music videos for Jay-Z, Ye’s ‘No Church in the Wild’ and M.I.A.’s ‘Bad Girls’. He was previously linked to Rita Ora for about six months, but it seems like Dua and him make an adorable couple!

Dua Lipa dated Anwar Hadid for two years before this. Anwar Hadid is the brother of models Gigi and Bella Hadid. She was also rumoured to be dating Trevor Noah when they were seen kissing during a one-on-one hangout in New York City.
