Ellie Goulding, Diplo & Blackbear Gear Up For “The Brightest Blue Experience”

As the global coronavirus pandemic chugs on, virtual events also continue to gain momentum. And the latest live-stream event on the map is Ellie Goulding’s “The Brightest Blue Experience,” a pay-per-view event which will be broadcast tomorrow, August 26th, at London’s Victoria & Albert Museum.

This event will feature the star’s newer numbers along with some of her older tracks. Goulding will also be accompanied by a live ensemble. Speaking of this, the star shared her excitement over a statement, “How incredible is it to hear this album come to life with some of London’s most talented players,” she said. “It sounds exactly how I imagined — like a new world.”

Ellie Goulding has also chosen to add some seasoning to this live stream with a little help from her close collaborators: Diplo and blackbear. The former co-wrote and co-produced her single ‘Close to Me,’ while the latter hopped in on the track ‘Worry About Me’.

This will also mark the first time Goulding will officially promote her 18 track record, without actually having to go on tour. ‘Brightest Blue’ witnessed the star delve deep into some of her most vulnerable moments. It held some stunning bits of songwriting wound together with Ellie’s husky vocals and interesting arrangements. This album saw the star bare her wounds for the world to see, in the hopes of finding some sort of catharsis and healing. So, it’s no surprise that she’s waiting at the edge of her seat for this event to unfold.

As she further articulated, “It is a truly incredible opportunity to push my creative boundaries and perform inside one of London’s most iconic museums. I can’t wait for you all to see the spectacle we have put together for this extraordinarily special experience.”
