Eva Mendes Shares Cute Photo of Travelling with Her and Ryan Gosling’s Daughter’s Stuffed Animals
Eva Mendes, the acclaimed actress and businesswoman, recently offered fans a rare peek into her family life. She shared a heartwarming moment on Instagram that highlighted her role as a mom. During a recent trip with her daughters, Esmeralda, 9, and Amada, 8, Mendes humorously showcased how their stuffed animals have become a travel essential.
In her post, Mendes shared a selfie from the flight, holding a few of her daughter’s beloved stuffed toys. She jokingly wrote about how these toys have now become a significant part of her carry-on luggage, adding, “Sooooo I guess they’re a significant part of my carry-on now? Is this the new norm?” She also mentioned that only three of the six stuffed animals made the trip, laughing about how they originally planned to bring twelve.

Mendes and her partner, Ryan Gosling, are known for keeping their family life private. However, they made a rare public appearance together earlier this month at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, where they attended events with their daughters. Mendes expressed gratitude on Instagram for the media’s respectful handling of their privacy, noting how happy she was that her daughters’ faces were blurred in the coverage.
Mendes and Gosling first met while filming ‘The Place Beyond the Pines’ in 2011 and have since kept their family life largely out of the spotlight. Mendes has often spoken about her desire to maintain privacy for their children, stating that she has always set clear boundaries regarding her family.

Gosling has also shared that their daughters were not particularly impressed by Mendes’ role on the popular children’s show ‘Bluey,’ nor were they very interested in his role as Ken in ‘Barbie,’ though their disinterest partly inspired his portrayal of the character.
Despite their celebrity status, Mendes and Gosling continue to prioritize their family’s privacy, with Mendes’ recent Instagram post offering a rare glimpse into their life with their daughters.
