Evanescence Has Parted Ways With Guitarist Jen Majura

Evanescence has announced that guitarist Jen Majura, who has been with the band since 2015, has left the group.

Majura responded to her departure on social media after the
band's announcement, noting that none of this was her decision.

Majura joined Evanescence in 2015, replacing former Cold
guitarist Terry Balsamo, who had joined the band following the departure of
original guitarist Ben Moody.

Within Temptation and Evanescence were recently forced to reschedule their forthcoming UK and European tour.

The two bands were originally scheduled to embark on the
'Worlds Collide' tour in 2020, however the tour was repeatedly postponed due to
the coronavirus outbreak.

The long-awaited events were scheduled to begin in March,
but Evanescence and Within Temptation revealed in February that the dates would
be moved to November and December.
