Taylor Swift And Katy Perry’s Drama: At the 2017 VMAs, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift, known for their past rivalry, didn’t hold back in front of a massive audience. Swift, though absent, made her statement with the premiere of her ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ video, a clear message to her adversaries, including Perry, who was hosting the VMAs that night. Perry, not one to back down, had her own response during the show. Looking into the camera, she quipped, ‘Ed Sheeran’s Friends: Dead.’ It seemed like a clever reference to Swift’s ‘The Old Taylor is Dead’ line and her friendship with Sheeran.

Miley Cyrus And Nicki Minaj’s Drama: Nicki Minaj gave us something to remember at the 2015 VMAs when she confronted Miley Cyrus. The ‘Anaconda’ rapper took issue with comments Cyrus had made in the press earlier that week, leading to her now famous question, “Miley, what’s good?” Despite Cyrus hosting the show and brushing it off at the moment, Minaj later shared in New York Times Magazine, “I saw [Miley] just looking at me, with her face s*****d up, and I thought, What the! The fact that you feel upset about me speaking on something that affects black women makes me feel like you have some big b***s.”

Justin Beiber’s River of Tears: The 2015 VMAs were a rollercoaster of emotions, embodied by Justin Bieber’s unforgettable moment. He flawlessly performed his hits, ‘Where Are Ü Now’ and ‘What Do You Mean?’, even taking flight at one point. But as the set concluded, Bieber unexpectedly succumbed to tears, leaving the audience in shock. Amidst the speculation, Selena Gomez, his former flame, had already left the venue with Taylor Swift and the ‘Bad Blood’ crew. And just like that the world remains curious about Gomez’s potential reaction to his emotional outpouring.

Kanye’s Opinion: In 2009, Kanye West thrust himself into the spotlight in a rather unconventional way. During Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for the ‘Best Video by a Female Artist’ award at the VMAs, he chose to seize the moment and advocate passionately for Beyonce’s ‘Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)’ video. Kanye’s impassioned plea for Beyonce’s video to receive the recognition he believed it deserved, turned the VMA stage into a battleground of opinions. This might be the most memorable moment of all time.

Britney’s Snake: In 2000, Britney Spears dazzled audiences with her sensational striptease act at the VMAs. However, she didn’t stop there. The following year, she took things up a notch, delivering a performance that was far from subtle and brimming with innuendo. With ‘I’m a Slave 4 U’ as her chosen song, Spears stepped onto the stage with a python and unleashed a performance that left everyone in awe.
