First Look at the Jonas Brothers' Upcoming Holiday Movie and Its Perfect Title

The Jonas Brothers are excitedly welcoming the holiday season!

The  first look and more information about the much awaited Christmas film after the studio announced it will return to its Disney heritage.  The movie, titled ‘A Very Jonas Christmas’, was unveiled recently at JonasCon in New Jersey.  Later this year, it will make its Disney+ premiere, following Nick, Kevin, and Joe as they attempt to overcome a number of obstacles in order to return to New York from London in time for their families' Christmas celebrations.

Disney has been a great collaborator, adding all the festive charm to the project, according to Joe Jonas.  According to him, the collaboration was ideal for establishing the film's joyous mood.  Nick Jonas said that the record that will go with the movie, which will include Christmas songs in addition to some of their other music, is one of the things they're most looking forward to.

The brothers are seen enjoying the project in brand-new stills from the film that were only made available to PEOPLE.  In one moment, Joe dresses like Elton John, and his brothers watch with obvious anxiety.  In another scene, Joe and Kevin are dressed like tourists, sporting German-style caps and brandishing a sweatshirt that reads, "I don’t give a schnitzel," along with a picture of the German delicacy.  Another image has Nick seated amidst a group of Christmas trees, and another shows the brothers stranded on a snowy road with their bags in hand.

Jessica Yu directed the Toronto-shot film, which also features Isaac Aptaker, Elizabeth Berger, Adam Fishbach, Spencer Berman, and Scott Morgan.

In January, the brothers first hinted to the movie in a video in which they reenacted the well-known ‘Love Actually’ cue card scene.  In their jovial rendition, Nick stepped in when Joe was having trouble grasping the idea of the situation.  "Sorry to bother you... but we're making a Christmas movie," they said after introducing themselves.

The 2025 holiday season will see the release of ‘A Very Jonas Christmas’ on Disney+.
