Forza Horizon 5 has introduced a brand-new custom livery for one of its most high-performance vehicles, the 2024 Lamborghini Revuelto, to celebrate the game's expansion beyond its longtime Xbox exclusivity. This striking new design incorporates Xbox’s signature green and PlayStation’s iconic blue, blending both brands into a sleek gradient that runs across the body of the car. The reveal comes courtesy of a collaboration between Xbox and Lamborghini.
Fans were taken aback earlier this year when it was officially announced that Forza Horizon 5 would be making its way to PlayStation 5—a first for the franchise that has remained an Xbox exclusive for over two decades. Since launching on PS5 on April 29, the game has gained considerable traction on the platform, reportedly drawing in approximately 700,000 new players.
The Lamborghini Revuelto was added as part of the broader Horizon Realms update, which also brings in several new reward cars, rotating Evolving World locations, additional accolades, and fresh gameplay modes. To get access to the Revuelto, players need to complete the Horizon Stadium Circuit event. Once unlocked, the dual-branded livery can be applied through the player's garage using the code 687 884 132. Visually, the car features a seamless transition from Xbox green at the front to PlayStation blue at the rear, highlighted with futuristic hexagonal patterns along the sides.

The collaboration goes beyond the virtual world as well—Lamborghini and Xbox have also unveiled a one-of-a-kind real-world version of the car featuring the same Xbox-PlayStation-themed livery, as reported by IGN.
Beyond the Revuelto, the Horizon Realms update adds even more high-end vehicles to the roster, including the 2023 Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato, 2018 Lotus Exige Cup 430, and the monstrous 2022 Hennessey Mammoth 6×6. These can all be unlocked through specific in-game challenges. However, the custom Xbox and PlayStation paint job remains exclusive to the Revuelto for now.

More Signs of Xbox and PlayStation Collaboration
While Forza Horizon 5 landing on PS5 surprised many, it’s not the first time Microsoft has brought one of its titles to a rival platform. Other Xbox titles such as Minecraft Dungeons, Psychonauts 2, Grounded, and Sea of Thieves have all made the jump to PlayStation in recent years, reflecting a broader shift in strategy that places less emphasis on strict exclusivity.
PlayStation has also joined this trend by launching its once-exclusive MLB The Show series on Xbox consoles starting in 2021. As more of these collaborations surface, it could signal a future where platform lines are increasingly blurred—much to the benefit of players.
