Grimes and Kaytranada Have Been Announced as Tour Support for Swedish House Mafia
Grimes and Kaytranada have been named as openers for Swedish House Mafia’s forthcoming tour. Last week, Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso of the Scandinavian dance trio released their long-awaited debut full-length ‘Paradise Again’ on 15th April.
In an interview with NME in November, SHM indicated that ‘Paradise Again’ would be “an invitation into our world.”
In a four-star review of the new album, NME said: “Swedish House Mafia’s debut album sees the trio flexing their musical and emotional muscles across 17 brilliant, fearless and often surprising tracks. The kings of dance music are very much back.”
In support of ‘Paradise Again,’ the band will embark on a world tour this summer, with Alesso, Zhu, Vintage Culture, Grimes and Kaytranada booked as opening performers on various dates. They’ve also added some extra shows to the lineup.

The Weeknd kicked up his act with ‘Sacrifice’ and ‘How Can I Make You Love Me,’ then Swedish House Mafia joined him at the end of their full-length set. His set came to a close with a performance of their 2021 collaboration, ‘Moth To A Flame.’
