In this season of stars putting their money where their mouth is, Halsey has come through too! She went on beyond just donating funds to different charities, she actually went on to source FDA-certified three-ply masks from a factory in Guangzhou, China with the help of Orange International Inc.
She made this announcement over Instagram where she declared that she was “in awe of the medical workers on the frontlines.” These literal loots she has managed in order to keep the hospitals and care workers safe will be distributed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Providence Saint Joseph, LAC+USC Medical Center and Martin Luther King Jr. Community Hospital
“Please continue to stay home, if you can. If you are on the frontlines, my heart is with you,” Halsey wrote in the Instagram post. She also encourages people to donate to vulnerable families of single mothers and said she will be making a sizable donation herself.
