Harry Styles Partakes in The Australian Drinking Tradition, Drinks Out of His Shoe

Harry Styles went all out at his concert in Australia and took a big gulp of a drink out of his own shoe! He participated in a unique Australian tradition of doing a shoey while making casual conversation with the fans at HBF Park. Harry Styles found out that to do a shoey, he had to pour alcohol into his shoe and then chug it. We must say, he did the shoey like a great sport!

“Does anybody have a drink that they wouldn’t mind lending?” Styles asked his audience and then asked them, “Can we do a shoey with water or is that against the rules? No?” 

Styles then went on to pour a drink into his Adidas x Gucci Gazelle sneaker, and then dumped the drink into his mouth. Before indulging into the tradition, he commented, “This is one of the most disgusting traditions.”

Harry Styles is not the only person to partake in this tradition. Celebrities like Post Malone and Kacey Musgraves have also previously joined in on the Australian rite of passage during their tours.
