Harry Styles takes over James Corden

Harry Styles took over James Corden for an episode of The Late Late Show as the host, mere days away from the release of his second album, Fine Line. Two and a half years ago, right around the time of his self-titled debut album, the singer had lead an episode. And he’s back again this time joined by his ex-flame, Kendall Jenner.

The episode included a drive-to-work mini-edition of the carpooling thing, an opening monologue from Styles in which he discussed matters of Trump’s impeachment, a performance of his single ‘Adore You’, a couch chat with Tracee Ellis Ross and Kendall Jenner, and more. Ross and Styles also traded takes on how they first met, while Jenner was confronted about her alleged early One Direction fandom.

In another follow-up segment of the one-hour episode, Harry sat down with Kendall for a rather revealing round of the classic Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts game, where the former couple had to answer intimate questions or have something disgusting instead. He asked her to rank her siblings from best to worst in terms of parenting abilities; she did. He asked her to name the most unlikeable supermodel in the world and she drank a salmon smoothie to dodge that one. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star fired him with a “What songs on your last album were about me?” and Harry refused to answer the question by opting to eat cod sperm instead.

Kendall and Harry go way back and have occasionally sparked dating rumors on and off since 2013. Over the New Year’s holiday in 2016, the two were on a luxury yacht while vacationing together in St. Barts. The two were also joined by Ellen DeGeneres and wife, Portia De Rossi.

No wonder their joint appearance on the show went so swimmingly and got the netizens into a frenzy.
